Baby's going for his first holiday! We've got an A4 list of things to bring for the baby that's so extensive that we might just exceed his luggage limit (10kg) and ours (60 kg combined).
There's even a list of "Maybe we should also bring" which is getting pretty extensive too. It includes the steriliser, enough boiled water to last him 2 weeks, his baby bath-tub with special seat and maybe his battery-operated baby swing. And a bottle of vodka for my nerves.
So where are you guys off to?

ReplyDeleteBoiled H20: Any decent hotel/B&B will have an electric kettle so pls only bring enuf for the flight and road trip to hotel!
ReplyDeleteSterilising: Bring (or when you get there just buy) a cheap plastic tupperware thingy (sth with a lid) big enough to hold about 4 bottles. Get a box of steriliser tablets.
Story books for the babe: Lots of them. We wouldn't have survived the trip without.
Aiya.. at this age, they're quite maintenance-free. So enjoy!
no need to bring anything except some diapers to last the flight and first 2 nite there in case you guys crash and can't manage the mile to the supermarket. everything else you can buy unless you're on a budget. bring a thick blanket for ryan. so even if he's stark underneath...no one'll ever know....never sterilising never killed kyra so....those sterilising tablets scare me.....icky....just kee n-joy! come home on time k.
