Received these instructions regarding a contract today. Can kind of figure out what I'm supposed to do, but really it's almost like deciphering a code.
I guess this person speaks English like I speak Chinese. In which case I really pity the cab drivers who get directions from me.

However, my request is to amend clause XX "Early Termination" to meaning that we can not early in the first XX month (as of the term in the first TA) but when we renew for another 1 yr (next year) we are able to early terminate by given notice 2 months to landlord - which I would ask you about the legal clause to be put instead.
Ahhhh.....that's easy. You just need a property lawyer, dear. It reads, "No termination allowed during the first [year] of the lease. Subsequently, upon renewal (for the 2nd year's lease), termination may be allowed provided 2 months' prior notice is given." Draft carefully k. Ask Yee Min for template if need be to be on the safe side.
